Dear child,

I left My home in Heaven and came to earth for one reason. I wanted to make sure you would walk with Me through all eternity. Even then, over two thousand years ago, I knew your name, and your face was as familiar to Me as My own. The Father also, wanted to make it possible for you to walk beside Me. Therefore, He sent Me to show you the way, and to make it easier for you. And even when He told Me what I would have to do, I loved you so much, I said I would do it. You were worth the price, to Me.

Through the years, as I prepared for the ordeal I knew was coming, I held your image in My mind, and cradled your name in My heart. And as those years went by, you became even more dear and precious to Me, because I knew the price I was going to have to pay for you.

Your face was before Me as I prayed, in Gethsemane, for the Father to take the cup of suffering from Me, if possible. I was fearful I might not be able to pay the full price for you. And as My sweat came, as great drops of blood, He reminded me that only through My suffering, My pain, and My death, would you be able to be by My side through eternity. So, for your sake, I drank from the cup He set before Me.

As I stood before Pilate, falsely accused of all manner of sin and crime, I saw your face before Me, so I said nothing, though I was completely innocent. As they tore the flesh from My back with whips, I saw your face, and remembered that My pain and suffering would ease your pain and suffering. The strips of flesh hanging from My when they finished beating Me, meant that sickness and disease, pain and heartache, would never be to much for you to bear, as long as you remembered, and believed, that l had already paid the cost.

The crown they placed on My head, though made of thorns, was a crown of victory, for you. The only thing to cleanse your sin, and make you pure and acceptable to the Father, was My blood. And the blood washing over My body from that crown of thorns, washed away all your sins.

When they made Me carry My own cross up the road to Calvary, the load became so heavy, I stumbled and fell. But a man called Simon took up My cross, and carried it for Me. I knew then, that you would stumble, and sometimes fall, though your load had already been made much lighter. Most of your load was on the cross I was carrying. I also knew that, even as Simon helped Me, I would help you: as often as you asked Me to. And often, even when you didn't ask.

The agony as they drove the spikes through My hands and My feet, nailing Me to that cross, was almost to much. The Father had already turned His face from Me. He could not look on the sin and shame I was carrying for your sake. I almost cried ENOUGH!! But your face before Me, reminded Me why I was there, and that your debt was still not paid. So I whispered your name, and suffered the pain and agony in your stead.

As they raised the cross I was nailed to, and dropped it into the hole dug for that purpose, the weight of My body almost tore Me loose. As I hung there, and the fluids and waste from My body flowed down the cross and into the ground, before the eyes of My mother, and My sisters and brothers, My shame and humiliation was such that mere words cannot explain. But this too, was part of the price I had to pay for you, so I endured.

And when they gave Me vinegar, I drank, knowing that if l did, your cup would not be as bitter.

As I hung there in agony and sorrow, knowing the end was near, I heard the angels crying, "Just a little longer, his debt is almost paid." Again, I saw your face before Me, only this time, you were smiling. I knew then that, with one more payment from Me, I would have paid the full price, that you would be Mine for all eternity, if you so desired.

I looked to heaven and said, "It is finished." And then I made the final payment for you, whose face I could not get out of My mind. I paid My life.

When they drove the spear in My side, it was to late. The victory was Ours. Your debt had been paid. In full.

Then, in triumph, I stormed the gates of Hell, plunging to the very depths where Satan was hiding. I tore the keys of death, hell, the grave, and his chains of bondage from his hands, and proclaimed to him and all his demons. "ENOUGH!! HE IS MINE!! You have NO power, NO authority, NO place in his life, unless HE gives it to you. I COMMAND YOU TO LEAVE HIM ALONE."

Now, I sit at the right hand of the Father, waiting for you to accomplish your purpose there on earth, so you can join Me here in eternal life.

So, child, come to Me when you are weary or burdened, and I will give you rest. If you stumble or fall, do not be dismayed or discouraged. Remember, I did also. I will lift you up and help you in your time of need or sorrow.

And God, the Father, shall wipe away all tears from your eyes. And there shall be no more death, or mourning, or crying, or pain.

He will give you strength when you are weary. He will increase your power when you feel weak. When you wait upon Him, He will renew your strength. You will soar on wings, as an eagle. You will run, and not grow weary. You will walk the road before you, and not grow faint.

These things I have told you so that, in Me, you may have peace. In this world, you will have troubles. BUT!! Take heart, for l have OVERCOME the world.

Through all My worldly pain and suffering, your face was there before Me. It still is. I mention your name to the Father, each and every day. It is well known here. There are many here who know you well. We are all looking forward to the time you will join us. Your new home is ready and waiting for you.

Precious child, don't give up. I AM HERE!! When you call My name. I hear, and answer. My answer may not be the one you want, but TRUST ME!! I will NEVER FAIL you. I suffered to much to lose you now.

My child, I suffered and died for you. Will you not live for Me???

                     I LOVE YOU
